Grooming Package – Our Grooming Package is designed to give Pet Owner high cost savings while being able to optimally provide essential, adequate grooming necessity for their Pet. We have reviewed and redesigned our Packages from previous ones to make them more cost effective and beneficial.

- Can be used for Multiple Dogs of the Same Owner.
- Package Balance is transferable if pet is deceased.
- The package can be used for any Grooming Services, Transport Service, Spa Services or Products Purchase.
- Each time you collect your Pet after grooming, the balance points will be indicated on the receipt.
- You can call in WhatAspp @81130933 to check how much balance points you have in your package.
- Value: $1 = 1 points/credits.
- The Free Spa Services that come with the Package is Complimentary with any Shower, Basic Grooming or Full Grooming Service
How does the package work?

- E.g. if you like our service, you can opt to take up one of the packages e.g. Gold Package which costs $599.
- You will pay upfront $599 and we will give you 634 Credits.
- Your Pet will also be entitled to Complimentary Spa Services and a Complimentary Bottle of Allergy Relief Shampoo.
- Each time your Pet comes for grooming we will deduct the grooming fee from the Package Balance Credits e.g. if your pets grooming fee is $70 and Transportation Fee is $15, the total will be $85.
- Therefore, if you have $634 Credits balance, $85 will be deducted from it and your balance thereafter is $534($634-$85).
- The Package is tracked by Computer Database Software and we keep a printed hardcopy of each session for backup, archive and customer assurance. However, once the package is fully utilised and completed, we will no longer keep these records.
Expiration Policy: Starts form the date of Purchase of the Package

- Gold Package: 24 Months expiry – $599 Package
- Platinum Package: 30 Months expiry – $999 Package
- Elite Package: 36 Months Expiry – $1999 Package
Forfeiture of Credits Upon Expiry

- Un-utilised Balance Credits will be forfeited on the expiration date.
- To avoid forfeiture of credits,
- Ⅰ. You can opt to renew the package by subscribing to another Gold Package.
- Ⅱ. Or you should utilise the points before expiry date.
Refund Policy

- Should you change your mind you can opt for a Full refund within 72 hours period from the date and time of transaction.
- A Package Termination Admin Charge will be Leived. The Admin Charges for the 3 Packages are as follows:
- Ⅰ. Gold Package – Termination Admin Charges $85 + Any Points that have been utilised prior + Any SPA services that have been utilised prior.
- Ⅱ. Platinum Package – Termination Admin Charges $105 + Any Points that have been utilised prior + Any SPA services that have been utilised prior.
- Ⅲ. Elite Package – Termination Admin Charges $180
+ Any Points that have been untilised prior + Any SPA services that have been utilised prior.
Note: The “Admin Charges” are not a profitable transaction. It is a term to highlight the need to claw back the “Free Points” and the “Complimentary Allergy Shampoo” given on the Purchase of the Package. Any Request for Refund after the period(72 hours) will be entertained at the discretion of the Company and if approved, not more than 50% of the remaining balance of the package points/credits will be refunded.
