Once registered you will be able to select the date and time of your preference. As part of our productivity initiative, we encourage all customers to do self-booking, its simple and its fun and best of all you get rewarded with points each time you book an appointment through our self-booking system. Points can be used, to shop at our online pet.
Appointment should be made at least 2 days advance.
It will all depends on which grooming are you proceeding. For basic grooming usually it will take around 1-2hours. For Full grooming that consist of trimming of hair, usually it will take around 2-4 hours depending on what other additional services you might need. (example: Spa services)

We will like all customers to be able to do so but dog’s behaviour and cooperation level will drop if owners are around so we will strongly advised owners not to be around in order for them to get groomed at a safer pace and with a non-distracting surrounding.
Yes they will be in the cages while waiting due to safety purpose. We do not mix other dogs together and the safest place is to keep them safely into cages , cages will act as a confined area from all dangers too.
If you are not satified with the grooming services you can contact us at 81130933 to request for a recut/ reservice in order for us to rectify it immediately. We will not entertain any rectifying (recut/ reservice) for more than 2 days after grooming.
Masmasgroomers will undertake reasonable security arrangements to protect your personal data in our possession or under our control from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. Only authorised personnel have access to our internal customer database system which is stored on a firewall and password protected server. Furthermore, physical access to the server is limited to only authorised personnel.
